Integrity — complete commitment, with authenticity and honesty..

Purpose

We empower those who empower others.

Shubh Arambh Foundation is a Sec 8 company that exists to empower the not-for-profit organisations we work with.

We believe that within the not-for-profit sector, people need to be made aware of their own potential, to create real change. Especially at mid and ground levels.

Our purpose is to enable this process – to help them build individual skills, both related to self and others, and work on the areas that they choose to for themselves.

We deliver primarily through digital programs.

Principles of Engagement

Our way of working is built around some core principles — whether it’s a workshop or a review, or even the way we engage with our Partners.

These are —

Equality — irrespective of levels, education, resources etc.

Mutual respect — for everyone we engage with

Curiosity to explore new possibilities

Professional excellence in bringing out the best in us

Openness to new thought & viewpoints

Transparency — in all that we do, there are no hidden agendas

FUN — the quality of work is always better when we are enjoying it
