Empowering those who empower others
Shubh Arambh began with the thought of converting our ‘privilege of education and experiences’ into impactful programs for leaders in the not-for-profit sector. We have always felt that it’s not talent which is lacking in the sector, but the development of individual potential. Irrespective of whatever language they speak, or the kind of education they may get, individuals have their inherent and unique talents and when guided with belief and focus, they can thrive to the best of their ability.
So as we evolve, we are creating new and interesting programs apart from our flagship one about leadership. Our programs are based on the collective experience of the team — across many areas of leadership, strategy, mindset shifts, communication, innovation, enhancing potential etc.
We support our NGOs — or ‘Possibility Partners’ as we call them – both financially and in non-financial ways. To us the latter is the most important part of our support, as it builds long-term capability within our partners. We try to do it based on what an organisation wants, the kind of capabilities it wants to create within.
The key principles that Shubh Arambh works upon are
equality • mutual respect • curiosity • professional excellence • openness to new thought • a sense of informality • FUN
